(#1 9-0) California 91 - (#14 7-2) Oregon 0
BERKELEY - Cal returned home and welcomed the quacking fans of Oregon this week. After felling #5 Oregon State a win today could set up the Bears for a walk to the finish line.
Snooze. Cal had their way with Oregon, they may have been playing with 9 men on the field. HB Darrell Green powered a whopping blowout with 7 rushing and 2 receiving TD. Cal's defense constantly put the offense in a great position to score, and they took advantage of it time and time again.
Oregon's offense looked hapless most of the game. The loss of their QB depth has really hurt them lately, and today was no different. Oregon QB Bryan Bennett went 9/17 for 35 yards and 4INT, not the kind of passing attack you want. Cal's freshman CB Andre Booker snatched two of Bennett's 4INT.
